Sea Flowers – earrings
Enameled copper earrings with an etched pattern that resembles flowers.
The design was inspired by a photo of agatized Coral and etched in copper. After cutting and doming, the disc was enameled with cream-colored enamel only. The soft green colors developed after repeated firings in a kiln as the copper oxides surfaced through the glass.
The disc is 25mm diameter. Ear wires are hypoallergenic black niobium with a black onyx bead.
