Due to shipping and tracking difficulties during COVID-19, I currently sell and ship to the United States only.

Payment

I accept credit card payment through PayPal and Stripe.

Shipping

Shipping is free and will ship within 3 days. I sell and ship to U.S. only.

All items will arrive in a gift box inside a well-packed box or padded envelope.

Orders will be shipped insured via USPS. A tracking number will be provided.

All orders are insured while in transit until delivery. When the package is delivered, defined as signed for, left at mailbox, door, or porch the package and its contents is the sole responsibility of the customer. Damaged packages must be reported immediately to the USPS. Be sure to photograph the damages as proof should a claimed be filed.

Returns

I make every effort to show the jewelry as it really is. However, what colors you and I see on our various devices can differ. I often include more than one view of the piece in order to show all sides of it if that might be important. Please read size descriptions carefully and be sure you know your correct fit if that is applicable. If you feel you need more information about the work before you are ready to purchase, feel free to contact me and I will be happy to answer any questions, perhaps even sending you additional photos if need be. I want you to be happy with your purchase and to have no reason to return it.

Unworn jewelry can be returned for any reason unless it is customized, a special order or a sales item.

Use the contact form within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a return and ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Please state reason for return on the contact form. A refund will be issued upon receipt.

Item must be returned in perfect unworn condition, in its original packaging, with tracking, and sent in the same manner it arrived, including insurance if applicable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A refund will be issued only when the jewelry item is received in perfect condition within the required time frame. the refund will be processed via the same method as the original payment. Be aware that the banks can take up to two weeks to process a return once it is authorized.
